Once your order is placed, it is prepared and dispatched promptly. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Most Nalora orders arrive within 6–10 business days from dispatch.

Occasionally, delivery may take 7–12 business days depending on location and courier handling. This delivery window is completely normal for tracked skincare shipments and is in line with standard delivery expectations for online orders.

We always aim to deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear as your parcel enters the courier network.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

This ensures accurate and fair pricing for every customer.

Delivery Updates & Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to courier network volume or local delivery conditions.

If your tracking shows your parcel is in transit, rest assured — it is on its way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Nalora cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
